Project/Company Overview
This project centered on developing creative, adventure-focused content for Advanced Air, a regional airline that blends personalized service with access to exciting destinations. I explored how storytelling, visual direction, and destination-based ideas could help the brand connect with travelers in a meaningful and inspiring way. My work aimed to capture the sense of exploration that defines Advanced Air while highlighting what makes their travel experience unique. The main message I focused on was encouraging travelers to get out there while they can, emphasizing that youth is short, adventure is endless, and Advanced Air can get you there quickly and hassle-free. All of my campaign concepts were built around adventure and storytelling.
Mission of company
Advanced Air’s mission is to make air travel simple, accessible, and enjoyable by offering direct routes, personalized service, and a more relaxed flying experience. They aim to connect travelers to meaningful destinations while removing the stress and complexity often associated with commercial travel.

Recent social media trends have shown consumers going on vacations or experiences versus buying physical things. Posting about your travel adventures is very popular.

When consumers see others post their vacations on social media they often times feel envious and wish they were on that vacation. This encourages them to look into booking their own vacations.

Gen Z is the digital generation. They have always known the internet and had it readily available. This makes it easier for consumers to see possible vacation ideas and destinations. As well as giving them access to easier booking.

When young adults see these posts, they should immediately feel a sense of FOMO, as if others are already out living the adventure while they are stuck at home or in the city. The visuals and captions spark urgency, pushing them to want to escape the ordinary and get outdoors as fast as they can. They should feel inspired by the idea that adventure is within reach and reassured that Advanced Air makes it possible to skip the stress of crowded airports. The overall reaction is excitement mixed with motivation, they don’t want to wait, they want to book now.

These TikTok highlights how easy it is to turn an ordinary weekend into an adventure. By showing a couple boarding their flight, exploring Mammoth, and relaxing with a mountain view, the video makes the audience feel the urgency of not missing out. The overlay “Others are out there already. What’s stopping you?” creates a sense of FOMO while the fast pace shows just how much can be done in only 24 hours. The audience should leave feeling inspired, motivated, and ready to plan their own hassle-free weekend getaway.

These TikTok examples inspired the adventurous tone and energy of my project. Each video uses fast pacing, movement, and immersive scenery to create a strong sense of exploration. I studied how creators highlight adventure through quick transitions, location-focused storytelling, and visual excitement, and used these samples to guide the pacing and overall feel of my own content.
Journey map
This journey map shows the stages travelers move through as they discover, research, and decide whether to choose Advanced Air. Using the Problem Unaware to Retention framework, I identified the questions, concerns, and keywords travelers search at each stage, from stress-free travel ideas to private airline comparisons, booking questions, and post-travel engagement. Mapping these behaviors helped me understand what information travelers look for and how content can support them throughout their decision process.
Key words data and focus
These keywords were identified using Ahrefs and became the foundation for my blog post and content strategy. They highlight what travelers want to know most, from how to make vacations easier to comparing travel options and planning budget-friendly getaways. Using these keywords helped me create content that connects with real audience needs and search behaviors.

This publishing schedule was designed to keep Advanced Air’s content consistent, engaging, and aligned with an adventure-driven storytelling approach. Over four weeks, the plan combines inspirational videos, educational posts, and interactive stories to answer traveler questions and reinforce the brand’s promise of simple and enjoyable travel.

To encourage saves, shares, and engagement, we plan to connect our giveaway posts with the upcoming influencer series. Followers who engage with specific posts could have the chance to win a free or discounted flight through Advanced Air, tying them directly into the excitement of our influencer content. Follow-up videos would feature the winner’s travel experience alongside clips from the influencer adventures, creating a cohesive story across platforms. This approach keeps audiences returning for new episodes, builds community interaction, and uses authentic storytelling as an extrinsic motivator to inspire engagement.

My Content - Sample Posts
These first sample posts marked the beginning of my adventure theme. I created visuals that captured the feeling of getting out into the world and highlighted the excitement of spontaneous travel. This set of posts helped establish the mood, style, and storytelling voice that guided the rest of my content for Advanced Air.
My Content - Video 1:
This first video introduced my core message, “Youth is short, adventure is endless,” and set the foundation for the storytelling direction of the project. After receiving feedback, I refined the style to be more fast-paced and visually engaging, adding dynamic music and quicker transitions to better capture the energy of adventure. This iteration helped shape the tone and pacing of the video content I created later in the project.

This second video builds on the fast-paced style I developed after refining my first concept. It opens with a strong visual hook to immediately capture attention and sets the tone for an adventure-driven experience. The pacing, music, and quick transitions reinforce the energy I wanted the viewer to feel, creating a more immersive and compelling piece of content that reflects the direction of the overall campaign.

This third video is a fast-paced spotlight on one of the destinations featured in my project. I used rapid cuts, strong visuals, and an energetic rhythm to create a sense of immersion and excitement. The goal was to make the viewer feel the pull of adventure and highlight how visually compelling destination-based content can be.

This blog post is a winter adventure guide designed to highlight the excitement and beauty of one of Advanced Air’s key destinations during the colder months. I combined keyword research with narrative-focused writing to create a guide that inspires travelers while providing practical, seasonal insights. The post emphasizes winter activities, scenic locations, and the sense of adventure that defines the brand’s identity.
